Pilates instructor

I am a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Wroclaw.

After graduation, I decided to specialize as a Pilates instructor, and completed a Pilates course on reformers.
My active lifestyle means that I am always open to new challenges and am eager to develop my professional skills.
Physical activity has been with me from an early age. I started as an athlete in an athletics club and competed in the arena of the Polish Championships in the 100 meters. These experiences taught me the importance of taking care of my body, both physically and mentally. My passion for sports and willingness to share it with different age groups make each lesson a new challenge for me and an opportunity to inspire others.
